Father Paul's Welcome Message

St. Mary's Maitland has a remarkable story.
We are a lively parish church family within the Anglo-Catholic tradition. Prayer, education, hospitality, compassionate service of the poor and vulnerable, and moments of raucous celebration, are important to us.

We are definitely a 'kid-friendly' parish that creatively hands on the living tradition of the Church. We welcome everyone!

The faith of Jesus is explored through the arts as we reflect upon our place in God's world. At the heart of our celebrated church building is a Marian shrine where Mary, the Mother of God, is honoured and loved.

With Mary, and all the saints, we can say confidently that welcome to church means welcome home.

With every blessing and grace,
Father Paul West
