Baptisms

Picture
Baptism means a new birth into a new family, the church. In the early days of the church only adults were baptised but believers soon wanted their children to share their faith and so families and households were baptised.

Parents and godparents make promises to share faith with the child, to nurture them in the church so that when they are old enough they can make their own promises of turning to Christ, renouncing evil and repenting of their sins.

If you want your child to share your faith then contact us about baptism. You will be made most welcome. It may be just the opportunity to deepen your own faith and practice.
